House Rules
1. Trash and Recycling:
• Trash is collected every Thursday.
• Trash and recycling are collected every other Thursday.
• Guests are responsible for taking the bins out on Wednesday night and bringing them back into the garage before the end of Thursday.
2. Cleanliness:
• Guests are required to keep the property in good and clean condition throughout their stay.
• Optional cleaning services are available for $45/hour. Please contact the owner to arrange a cleaning session.
• Guests with pets are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both inside the house and in the yard.
3. No Smoking:
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and anywhere on the property. Violation of this rule will result in additional cleaning fees.
4. No Parties or Events:
• Large gatherings, parties, or events are not allowed. The maximum number of occupants is limited to the approved guests in the reservation.
5. Guests:
• Only the approved guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay at the property. No additional guests without prior approval.
6. Noise:
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors and avoid loud music or disruptive activities.
7. Pets:
• Up to 2 small dogs are allowed, but they must be approved prior to check-in. Any damage caused by pets will be the responsibility of the guest.
8. Parking:
• The property includes a 2-car garage and driveway. Street parking is also allowed.
9. Furniture and Appliances:
• Please take care of all furniture, appliances, and household items during your stay. Do not rearrange furniture or remove items from the house.
10. Check-out:
• Before check-out, ensure that the property is left in a similar condition to when you arrived, including washing any used dishes, taking out the trash, and securing all windows and doors.
11. Damages:
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Please report any accidents or damage to the owner immediately.
