House Rules
1. Trash and Recycling:
• Trash is collected every Thursday.
• Trash and recycling are collected every other Thursday.
• Guests are responsible for taking the bins out on Wednesday night and bringing them back into the garage before the end of Thursday.
2. Cleanliness:
• Guests are required to keep the property in good and clean condition throughout their stay.
• Optional cleaning services are available for $45/hour. Please contact the owner to arrange a cleaning session.
• Guests with pets are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both inside the house and in the yard.
3. No Smoking:
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and anywhere on the property. Violation of this rule will result in additional cleaning fees.
4. No Parties or Events:
• Large gatherings, parties, or events are not allowed. The maximum number of occupants is limited to the approved guests in the reservation.
5. Guests:
• Only the approved guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay at the property. No additional guests without prior approval.
6. Noise:
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors and avoid loud music or disruptive activities.
7. Pets:
• Up to 2 small dogs are allowed, but they must be approved prior to check-in. Any damage caused by pets will be the responsibility of the guest.
8. Parking:
• The property includes a 2-car garage and driveway. Street parking is also allowed.
9. Furniture and Appliances:
• Please take care of all furniture, appliances, and household items during your stay. Do not rearrange furniture or remove items from the house.
10. Check-out:
• Before check-out, ensure that the property is left in a similar condition to when you arrived, including washing any used dishes, taking out the trash, and securing all windows and doors.
11. Damages:
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Please report any accidents or damage to the owner immediately.

The Vista house was beautiful. A nice retreat while our home was being remodeled. It’s a great location with close walking trails. The neighborhood is peaceful and there were gorgeous views from the house. The house was clean and nicely updated.

We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise view and being one block from nice walking trails. The home is tastefully updated and met our family needs. This includes a good basement/TV area for the kids, a private back yard, and easy to use appliances.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable home. Great neighborhood with friendly neighbors who let us borrow a shovel when it snowed! Host was very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

We recently stayed at this house during the holidays with a group of 5 adults, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were all impressed by the brand-new furnishings, how well-stocked the kitchen was, and the views from the upper floor. The location was great too – a quiet and safe neighborhood within easy access to the freeways to get to Portland and around town. Grocery stores were a few minutes away. We would definitely recommend this property to other groups of friends or families.

We stayed in this really nice home while visiting family nearby. Everything was brand new and spotless, from the furniture to the linens. Having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for our family, and we all had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked to cook in – it had everything we needed. The neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful, which was important to us with the kids. We also enjoyed the downstairs living room area, the art throughout the house, easy access to I-205 and I-5, store nearby, and nice views of the mountains. It's clear the hosts have put a lot of thought into making this a comfortable and welcoming space, especially for longer stays. We plan on staying here again and recommend it to others.
