- One of the patios offers a unique view of planes departing Portland International Airport (PDX), but the home is far enough away that there is no significant plane noise. - Inflatable mattresses are available upon request for added sleeping flexibility. - The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay to ensure your health and safety.

House Rules

We ask that you please be respectful of our property, as we have worked very hard to create a unique and fun experience for you as our guests! After 10pm, please keep voices down if using outdoor amenities like the deck or hot tub. Smoking/vaping is not allowed indoors. If smoking outdoors, please clean up after yourself. Pets: Not allowed. No grease in the sink. Parties/events are not allowed. Do not use kitchen fireplace. Hot Tub: Glass is not allowed in the hot tub. Plastic cups are OK. Keep hot tub cover on when not in use. Please dry off before re-entering the house. Sauna: Please turn sauna off when done enjoying. Children cannot use sauna unsupervised. Grill: Use grill a safe distance away from the house. Do not operate the grill near the walls, windows, or under the patio. The grill uses a propane tank. Make sure the propane tank is correctly hooked up before using. Turn the gas on when cooking, and turn off after done. Please use the scraper to clean the grill after use. If the tank is empty, we ask guests to fill the tank and we will reimburse you for the tank refill. Firepit The firepit table is for outdoor use only. The firepit uses a propane tank. When using, make sure the tank is correctly installed before use. Conduct a simple “bubble” leak test before use. Trash and recycling: Trash pickup day is on Wednesdays. Please move bins to the curb Tuesday night and back towards the house Wednesday. Furniture: Please do not move furniture. If something breaks or is damaged, please let me know. Thank you!

The house is comfortable, well furnished, well laid out with lots of spaces to hang out together and not. The game room and grounds make for lots of fun times and a good reason to spend extra time at the house. The host and his team are so welcoming, proactive, and helpful! If only more Airbnbs were like this. We were 4 families with a total of 8 adults & 8 kids, we truly enjoyed our weekend getaway, just wish we had time to stay longer!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The host was kind and very responsive. The place was great for our group. The neighbors didn’t love that the kids were outside at 7:30am to play mini golf which was sad but it was well worth the money and we would stay again in a heartbeat.

We booked this house due to my daughter having a major back surgery. We had lots of family in town for the procedure, and this house exceeded our expectations. Plenty of space for everyone, comfortable beds, entertainment for the kids and a great patio when the sun came out. The furnishings were beautiful, and the kitchen was well stocked. Our host was super responsive, let us check in extremely early and responded to us within minutes with any questions we had. I highly recommend this home for any large gatherings near Portland area. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Vitaliy’s home! The place was spotless, beautifully kept, and felt cozy the moment we walked in. The layout was perfect for relaxing after a long day, and everything we needed was already there. This was honestly my favorite Airbnb stay so far. The host was amazing—super responsive, very accommodating, and just overall really easy and relaxed to deal with. There weren’t a ton of strict house rules, which made the stay feel comfortable and stress-free. The house was spotless—very clean, clutter-free, and spacious. Everything was well stocked and clearly labeled. There were plenty of cups, plates, forks, knives—literally everything we needed. We didn’t have to bring anything extra. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, and this was the only house that allowed us to have our family gathering, which we were so grateful for. All of our guests were really impressed and even talked about booking this place for themselves in the future. The layout of the house is perfect for a large group—three bedrooms upstairs, three on the main floor, and three downstairs—so everyone had their own space. The backyard is beautiful and very spacious, great for hanging out.
